Control along the entire transfer process

Our service control begins when you pick up the vehicle: documents, refueling instructions, technical checks and the condition of the vehicle are checked. Specific checks are also carried out en route and at the destination. These include documentation of the route, the technical condition of the vehicle, the driver’s behavior and the final vehicle handover.

This structured support is a central component of our quality management – precise, comprehensible and documented throughout.

Driver training as part of the quality chain

Another component: regular driver training directly at our sites. This covers current legal requirements, internal standards and typical sources of error.
